Notice for Creditors to Submit Objections Due to Merger
On January 27, 2024, the Board of Directors of ASICLAND Co., Ltd. (acting in place of the general meeting of shareholders for a small-scale merger resolution) resolved that the Company would absorb WizMind Co., Ltd., thereby succeeding all assets, liabilities, rights, and obligations of the merged corporation, which will be dissolved.
Pursuant to Article 527-5 of the Commercial Act, creditors who have objections to this merger are requested to submit their objections in writing within the specified period.
