<September 1, 2023> ASICLAND, the only TSMC VCA in Korea, has received preliminary approval for its KOSDAQ listing. ASICLAND, a leading company in ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) design solutions, announced on the 1st that it received preliminary approval for KOSDAQ listing from the Korea Exchange. Samsung Securities is the lead underwriter for the listing.
Founded in 2016, ASICLAND is a pioneer in ASIC design services and system-on-chip (SoC) development. The company's core strengths include:

Within two years of its establishment, ASICLAND was selected as an ADP by ARM, a global IP company, and three years later, in 2019, it gained official VCA partner status with TSMC, the world’s leading foundry. Recently, the global semiconductor industry's demand for finer process technology, high-performance semiconductors, and chiplet processes has expanded, significantly increasing ASICLAND's new project order backlog due to its high understanding of TSMC processes and top-level R&D competitiveness.
